At last night’s Israeli Dance Festival we got the chance to sing and dance with the whole school! We had been practicing for the past month to dazzle you all last night with our song and dance. As we were a part of the K-2 group, we got to sing first and we sang Ima Sheli – “My Mom” with its accompanying hand motions. After the school songs were complete, we were the first group to do our dance with our first grade friends. We had a wonderful time preparing and dancing with our friends from both first grade, as well as the rest of the school. It is always fun to take part in yet another Schechter tradition!
